Honeymoon

For our honeymoon, we will be going on a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas on the Norwegian Cruise Line from Monday June 13 - Friday June 17. We will begin by leaving early Sunday June 12 on a plane from RDU to Miami. We will be staying in a bayside facing room at the Doubltree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay in Miami for one night and taking it easy before we leave on the cruise the next morning. On Monday we will take a taxi to the Port of Miami and sail on the Norwegian Sky to the Grand Bahama Islands, then Great Stirrup Cay, and then Nassau.

The Doubltree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay is a waterfront luxury full-service condo-hotel in the heart of downtown Miami, Florida. The hotel is situated directly on beautiful Biscayne Bay and is just one mile away from the Port of Miami which encompasses some of the most popular cruise ships. The hotel's backyard is the Sea Isle Marina, home to the Miami International Boat Show, where guests can enjoy scenic charters of Miami on the Biscayne Lady, Island Queen Cruises, and Pier 5 Fishing.

For our stay on the Norwegian Sky we will be in a Balcony Stateroom on Deck 9, the Fjord Deck. The Balcony room has a queen-size bed, sitting area, TV, bathroom, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony.
